Ohio Environmental Protection Agency
Assist in the development of Ohio’s first ever statewide organic materials management plan. This Plan will further the goals for organic materials management in the State Solid Waste Management Plan by providing a comprehensive “roadmap” that illustrates how stakeholders can help advance organic materials prevention, reduction, recycling, and returning these materials to a circular economy as products.

Consultant-led update of the Statewide Freight Plan in compliance with 49 U.S.C. § 70202. The plan will develop and implement a public involvement plan, with an emphasis on collaboration between public and private stakeholders, develop a comprehensive freight plan that addresses current and future freight transportation needs, conduct quantitative freight demand forecasting to support infrastructure and policy decisions, identify and prioritize key infrastructure improvements and policy recommendations. The plan will also include two appendices: a Waterways Plan and a Truck Parking Study.
