Supported Collaborative Living Pilot Program

Description: The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is issuing an RFR to create a qualified list of providers for a Supported Collaborative Living (SCL) Pilot to support alternative approaches to Adult Long Term Residential or Shared Living services. The pilot will serve individuals with intellectual and other disabling conditions and requires providers to be contracted/licensed with DDS for ALTR, Shared Living, or In-Home Supports; the procurement will result in a master list of providers with an initial two-year contract and two one-year renewal options. The estimated total value is approximately $19.5 million over four years and the solicitation includes related forms and a bidders conference notice available on the COMMBUYS posting.
