Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Passenger Van

Description: The U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines, acting under the U.S. Department of State, has issued a presolicitation (Solicitation Number 19RP3826Q0088) announcing its intent to procure the supply and delivery of one (1) passenger van. The Government plans to issue the actual solicitation in mid-July 2026, with the quotation due date to be set forth in the future solicitation document. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract/purchase order to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor, with offers to be submitted electronically to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov.
