Functional Use & Support: Launch & Recovery: Provide "turn-key" vessels within 12–48 hours of operation upon a 45-day notice. Post-Op Turn-Around: Washdown, engine flushing, and storage prep within 48 hours of recovery. Preventative Maintenance: Perform OEM-specified 100-hour, 300-hour, and bi-annual surface maintenance (Mercury Master Certified Technician). Facility Security & Access: Provide 24/7 unobstructed physical access for military personnel. Secure the yard using an electronically controlled perimeter fence/gate with 24/7 video surveillance or active alarms for Two 32-foot, Aluminum Chambered Boat and two 33-foot, Brunswick Impact 1000IM D-Deck. Severe Weather Readiness: Execute a Hurricane/Severe Weather Plan to secure all vessels within 24 hours of a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning or HURCON 3 notification.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District anticipates a full-and-open Invitation for Bids for design-bid-build construction to renovate three Natomas Named Pumping Plants in Sacramento, California. The work is expected to include levee excavation and restoration, removal and replacement of pumping-plant piping and appurtenances, new piping routed over the levee, pavement work, vacuum systems, and conduit or fiber-optic work, with an estimated value of $10 million to $13 million. The anticipated firm-fixed-price solicitation is expected to be issued through PIEE and SAM.gov, with bids tentatively due in September 2026, and the notice is not a grant program.
