Work include three outdoor areas 50,000 SF total which contain a variety of concrete pavers, concrete planters with tree, light fixture, drainage structure, tamps, stairs and railings, bricks planters/sitting walls. Rehabilitation of these areas is required to provide a safe working surface and protect building infrastructure from water water infiltration.
