Substation at Marktplatz Remodel Project RFP

Description: The substation at marktplatz remodel project generally includes the conversion of a police substation and restrooms to include new restrooms, small room for reservations and storage. The general scope of the project includes, but may not be limited to, selective demolition to prepare for new construction, installation of new stud walls, drywall, doors and door hardware, lighting & power, hvac, plumbing fixtures, interior finishes (i. E. Wall and floor tile, painting, suspended ceiling systems, carpet, trim work), site work (i. E. Grading, pavers and masonry walls) and final clean-up.
