Description: The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, for the United States District Court for the Central District of California, is soliciting proposals for substance abuse and mental health treatment services for male and female federal defendants and offenders supervised in San Luis Obispo County. Required services include assessment and evaluation, individual and group therapy, case management, drug testing, coordination with probation and pretrial services, and related treatment support. The resulting blanket purchase agreement will have a 12-month base period beginning October 1, 2026, with four possible 12-month option periods, and proposals are due August 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
