Meadow Lakes (MESS) Civil Site Preparation RFP
To perform the civil construction work only in preparation for the future meadow lakes substation project.
Description: Work includes approx 225 LF of 6" SDR 35 PVC sanitary sewer lateral; 4 sanitary sewer cleanouts; 185 LF of 2" SCH. 40 PVC double electric conduit line (2 lines); 110 LF of 6" perforated SDR 35 PVC pipe; 14 concrete piers; 154 TN of limestone aggregate; gravel driveway restoration; non-paved site restoration and other minor improvements and restoration items.
