Student Services Remodel RFP

Description: Nash Community College seeks an architectural/engineering firm to provide design, engineering, and construction-administration services for a remodel and reconfiguration of the first-floor Student Services area in Building A. The work includes Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, Academic Advisors, and Student Services, with a portion of the library potentially reallocated to expand Student Services. Respondents must submit three hard-copy letters of interest and three SF-254 forms; no pre-submittal visits or meetings will be held.
