Structured Cabling at the West Office Building

Description: The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia issued a presolicitation (19CY6026Q0022) for the supply and installation of fiber optic (structured cabling) at the West Office Building in Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus. The government plans to issue the full solicitation in July 2026 and intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation, possibly awarding on initial offers without discussion; a pre-proposal conference will be scheduled in the forthcoming solicitation.
