Structural Engineering services to prepare ASCE Tier 2 Seismec Evaluation and retrofit design

Description: This special notice concerns a sole-source commercial-services requirement by NASA/NSSC, not a grant program, for MiyaMoto International to provide structural engineering services for an ASCE Tier 2 seismic evaluation and retrofit design. The work will evaluate potential deficiencies identified in a prior Tier 1 assessment for NASA Ames Research Center Building N239, develop preliminary retrofit concepts, and support possible future Tier 3 evaluation activities. Interested organizations may submit capabilities and qualifications by August 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
