Strategic Planning Consultant To Assist With the 2028-2030 Strategic Plan Update for MHA (Request for Proposal)
Seeks an experienced strategic planning consultant to lead a comprehensive update of its three-year strategic plan for 2028-2030. The selected consultant will work collaboratively with the MHA Board of Commissioners, executive leadership, staff, residents/program participants, public and private partners, elected officials, and other community stakeholders to assess progress under the prior strategic framework; evaluate the current operating environment; confirm or refine MHA’s mission, vision, values and strategic direction; and develop an actionable, measurable strategic plan that guides organizational priorities, resource allocation, partnerships, and performance over the next three years.
