Funding priorities include Behavioral Health Crisis Centers, Community Violence Intervention Programs, Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO), and Hawaii’s Targeted Violence Prevention Strategy, with awards beginning July 1, 2026 and one- or two-year award terms. Eligible applicants are IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofits registered in SAM with a UEI and must meet insurance and fiscal reporting requirements.
