Stormwater Filter Facility Maintenance

Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“Cityâ€�) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide inspection and maintenance of stormwater filter cartridge facilities, including filter catch basins, filter manholes, and filter vaults. The work generally includes facility and cartridge inspections; replacement of cartridges determined to require replacement; vacuum/vactor cleaning of facility floors; traffic control; proper disposal of removed cartridges, sediment, and debris; and inspection and maintenance documentation. The base bid covers 23 City facilities containing up to 134 cartridges. Separate optional pricing is required for up to 10 privately maintained facilities containing up to 63 cartridges. Optional work is contingent upon property owner participation and City authorization. The project shall be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed and no later than March 15, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of Washougal’s e-procurement portal, OpenGov, no later than Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that the completed Bid Proposal Form and all required documents are successfully submitted through OpenGov before the deadline.
