ACC Rock Island is seeking quotes for 120,000 pounds of high-carbon cast steel blasting grit, Size 40, meeting SAE J1993 HCS G40H and SAE J444 specifications, with a minimum hardness of 60 HRC and angular particle shape. Delivery is planned in three 40,000-pound shipments to McAlester, Oklahoma, and each delivery requires a certificate of analysis; the RFQ calls for a completed pricing sheet and says the acquisition is limited to Ervin Industries, Inc. in accordance with the associated synopsis. This is a commercial-products RFQ under FAR Part 12, not a grant, and offers are due November 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
