The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to complete the sewer pump station repair, including but not limited to: Removing existing pumps, rails, and floats, as well as interconnecting pipe/fittings/valves to the penetration at the lift station sidewall and electrical/controls wires back to the existing panel(s). Existing pumps will be turned over to the Park. Coordination and communication with the Park Staff throughout the project. Contractor shall plug the two inlets of C-Lot Pump station. Contractor shall pump out the two solid holding tanks at the park, located at Fee Building and B-Lot). These two tanks are estimated to have a capacity of 12,000 gallons. This will give the Park capacity to continue to operate the restrooms in the Fee Building and at B-Lot. All collected wastewater and solids from Fee and B-Lot shall be properly disposed of offsite. Beaufort County is soliciting sealed electronic bids for replacement of the floating courtesy dock at Broad River Boat Landing under Project ID 092326. The work includes removing seven existing floating dock segments, installing four 20-by-8-foot aluminum segments with pile guides and ground-out protection and three additional 20-by-8-foot segments with cleats, plus shop drawings, bonding, and related services. The nonmandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 10, questions are due September 16, and bids are due September 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
