State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Rental Housing Development Assistance (Request for Proposal) - *RE-BID*
The rehabilitation or construction of rental housing units for affordable housing activities using funds that are allocated by the State of Florida, State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program. The purpose of this application is to have Applicants respond to the specific requirements of this RFA. It is also for the County to obtain input, knowledge of best practices, innovative financial packages, and master alternatives related to the development of rental housing units in the County using the rehabilitation or construction of rental housing units as a springboard.
