Starr's Mill Educational Facility Building Modifications (Request for Quote)

Description: Renovations and code-compliance modifications to the existing building, commonly referred to as the “Flex” Building. The work generally consists of structural improvements, interior and exterior renovation, electrical upgrades, ADA accessibility improvements, carpentry, painting, masonry repair, lighting installation, plumbing, weatherproofing, HVAC and miscellaneous building improvements as specified herein.
