Providers must recruit/enroll ~50 students in the first cycle, deliver training plus case management/wraparound supports, use Salesforce for outcomes tracking, secure employer partnerships (≥2 letters), and meet performance targets (70% completion, 70% placement in-field, 70% 60-day retention). Funding: hybrid payment (25% upfront, then monthly reimbursements); per-participant training reimbursements tiered by program length ($4,000 for 3–6 weeks; $5,000 for 7–11 weeks; $6,000 for 12+ weeks) plus mandatory stipend reimbursement of $100/week. Application requires a 6-page proposal, budgets, and supporting documents; program term is a five-month operating period (early Feb–June 30, 2026).
