St. Paul OMF EBC Additional Workstations

Description: Project consists of modifications to the existing manager's office within the Emergency Backup Center (EBC) room to accommodate three new workstation positions. Work includes demolition and removal of existing office walls, doors, furniture, card readers, equipment, and other associated items as well as relocation of printers and furnishings as required. The Contractor shall furnish and install new architectural improvements, including patching door openings, new carpet, and required sealants. The work also includes installation of conduit, junction boxes, power, HVAC infrastructure, and communications cabling required to support the new workstations, including termination of all electrical and data cabling.
