Jeffery St/Heritage Park Storm Sewer Improvements RFP
Project consists of abandoning approx. 600 LF of storm sewer through a rear yard easement, installation of approx. 600 LF of PVC storm sewer in Heritage Park, and transferring the sump pump connections from the abandoned line to the new sewer. Proposed storm sewer will include two (2) 4' Dia Type C catch basins on the new run, and a connection to the existing manhole in the parallel ditch line. The existing residential sump pump and other private service connections shall be located and re-connected to the proposed storm sewer. Project will also include open cut installation, landscape and asphalt restoration, coordination with residents, and all other work necessary to complete the project.
