Mettler Toledo SPE404-C Weigh Module and Associated Components RFP
The primary objective of this contract is to acquire five high-precision weigh module units to expand research workflow capacity within the laboratory's animal facility for the In Vivo Neurobiology Group at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). These weigh modules are used to acquire high-frequency measurements of mouse body weight and behavioral activity as part of ongoing in vivo neurobiology research. High-quality, consistent measurements are essential to the Group's research. The requested weigh modules must provide the precision, acquisition speed, capacity, and compatibility necessary to integrate with the laboratory's existing equipment and experimental setup. Specifically, the required system shall provide: Data acquisition rate: Greater than 120 Hz to capture rapid changes in weight and behavioral activity. Sensitivity: 0.1 mg to provide the measurement precision required for experimental analyses. See attached file.
