RFP Enrollment and Marketing Support
Massachusetts Connections Academy seeks a provider for a three-year contract to deliver enrollment and marketing support for its tuition-free, statewide public K–12 virtual school, which serves approximately 3,000 students. The work includes developing and implementing a coordinated marketing strategy and enrollment platform, with marketing and recruitment activities for the 2027–2028 school year beginning no later than March 1, 2027. The vendor is expected to support enrollment at the school’s authorized capacity and a waitlist of at least 500, while MassCA retains authority over admissions and other school policies and communications.
