Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Spruce Street Pond Improvements project and the Stone Creek Dr. Sanitary Sewer project will be concurrently received by the City of Garden City in person and by mail at the City Administrative Center to "NDS Dept. Engineering Services"; 301 N. 8th Street, PO Box 998, Garden City, KS 67846 and electronically at the Wilson Company plan room until 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, December 2nd, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened.
