Sports, Events and Aquatics Center Design Build Services RFP

Description: The City of Cleveland, Tennessee has issued a Request for Proposals seeking a qualified Design-Build Team to design and construct an indoor Sports, Events, and Aquatics Center with an outdoor waterpark. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for architectural and engineering design, preconstruction and cost estimating, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development, construction, commissioning, and turnover of the Project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting (with virtual option) is scheduled for July 28, 2026, and sealed proposals are due to the Cleveland Municipal Building by August 21, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. EST.
