Split-Unit HVAC Replacement RFP

Description: The solicitation is a non-personal services contract to remove and replace 16 nonfunctional ductless heat-pump A/C systems with new cooling-only split A/C systems. Work will occur at multiple First Special Forces Group (Airborne) headquarters and augmentation facilities—Buildings 9160/9162, 9190, 9934, and 9983—to establish suitable temperatures for critical computer and communications systems. The contractor must independently perform the work and is responsible for the associated personnel, equipment, materials, labor, and system replacement activities.
