Special Inspections and Testing Services for the Phase I construction of the Mount Pleasant Fire and Police Training Facility

Special Inspections and Testing services in accordance with Section 1704 of the 2021 International Building Code (IBC) for the Phase I construction. Phase I construction of the Mount Pleasant Fire and Police Training Facility to include a recovery pavilion, a material storage building, a big top tent structure (provided by the Town), a maintenance shed, a small storage shed, a grassed K9 training area, gravel parking area and internal roadways, lighting, planting/landscaping and all associated utility infrastructure; including but not limited to, storm sewer, water service lines, sanitary sewer service lines, septic tank, force main, septic drain field and electrical/power.
