Southwest Regional Office Shop Exterior Renovation RFP

Description: Maintenance and storage building exterior building renovations include but are not limited to siding replacement (wood board and batt to lap seam metal); fascia, soffit, gutter replacement, sheet metal flashing and trims, weather barriers, joint sealants, roof replacement (asphalt shingle to standing seam metal), window replacement, garage door replacement, exterior light fixture replacement, coordination with MDC door access control consultant, concrete ADA parking spot installation, ADA parking striping and sign installation. Maintenance building interior renovations include but are not limited to ADA restroom improvements and replacing doorknobs with ADA compliant latches per the contract documents.
