Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center Water Purification System Lease and Maintenance Services

This contract will provide high purity turbine-quality water to the fluidized bed incinerator/waste heat boiler unit at the Renewable Energy Facility (REF). The high purity water is required to generate high-quality steam to drive the REF’s turbine. The water purification system is integral to the incineration process to meet biosolids processing requirements and avoid a shutdown of any plant processes. This contract will provide high purity water to the common steam system of the Grease Unloading Station (GUS) and Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) buildings.
