SOUTH STREET SANITARY SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT

Description: The City of Anna is seeking sealed bids to replace approximately 160 linear feet of an existing 8-inch sanitary sewer main located about 10 feet below South Street in Anna, Illinois. The work includes excavation and removal, installation of the new sewer main and appurtenances, backfilling and compaction, traffic control, debris disposal, and roadway restoration and paving. Bids must be submitted as a lump-sum price by 4:00 PM on September 15, 2026, and the project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.

Walnut Branch Phase IV Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Replacement
Work consists of rehabilitation of an existing 24" sanitary sewer main, approx 1207 LF, along walnut branch creek (pipe bursting and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP)) as well as a proposed new 30" sanitary sewer pipe, approx 1003 LF, constructed via open-cut construction and jacking and boring. The new main is being constructed to provide a looped system between an existing 12" main along court street and 2" line along mountain street. The new main will be installed within existing right of way. The water line length is approx 89 LF and planned to be installed by open cut method and tied into the existing 8" water main along goodrich street.
