South Dakota Immunization Information System (SDIIS) - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Software and professional services to implement and support an Immunization Information System (IIS). The system will be internet based allowing authorized users real-time access to input, analyze, and report immunization data. The system will be configurable at SDIIS level, allowing authorized stakeholders to easily update fields and tables for required changes, updates, and reporting associated with registry functionality.
