Description: This active Sources Sought Notice seeks qualified businesses capable of supplying approximately 900,000 U.S. gallons of JP8 turbine aviation fuel to Tinian International Airport. The fuel is to be delivered by barge in two shipments—400,000 gallons in mid-December 2026 and 500,000 gallons in mid-January 2027—with vendors responsible for logistical coordination and spill-containment equipment. Responses are requested for market research and planning purposes by September 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM Fort Belvoir, Virginia time, and the notice is not a grant program.
