Solid Waste and Recycling Facility - Phase IIB Leachate Collection System Expansion

Description: The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a contractor for the Phase IIB East Cell Leachate System Expansion at its Solid Waste and Recycling Facility under Contract 20 - 2026. The work includes excavation, grading, geomembrane liner and leachate collection system installation, and connections to existing infrastructure. The contractor must provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the expansion, including drainage works, restoration, and other work shown in the contract documents.
