JEA is seeking one qualified vendor to develop and manage a wetland mitigation bank that will meet JEA’s future wetland-credit needs. The work covers strategy and pro forma finalization, design, permitting, construction, regulatory coordination, credit release, maintenance, ledger and permit compliance, and transition to perpetual management, with required wetland-science and engineering-related expertise.
