Work includes upgrades to the existing well 4 facility, which discharges ground water, includes the demolition and removal of the existing well pump building and foundation, field instruments, electrical, well tubing and wellhead piping. Removal of the existing leased well pump and appurtenances, motor and vfd are to be salvaged for the leasing firm who owns this equipment to pickup and remove these items from the site. Upgrades include a new 75 hp well pump, tubing, well-head and modifications to be performed by a specialized well reconditioning firm performing as a subcontractor to the general contractor; etc, see outside link.
