Sole Source to Kampi Components Co., Inc. for Evaluation and Repair of (8) Data Acquisition Units

Requirement is for the Data Analysis Reporting Tool Set (DARTS) technology to provide a means to collect and analyze Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic System (NPES) data for test and evaluation (T&E) reporting purposes. This requirement will provide continued support for the conduct of system performance, certification, calibration and developmental test for new construction and acquisition programs and in-service Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) System technology refresh and technology insertion efforts. GDMS owns, and has full rights and title to, the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) data that was developed under the previous SBIR efforts.
