Social Protection Mapping Analysis and Strategic Planning RFP

Description: To engage a consultant to develop a draft social protection strategic plan inclusive of resource mapping and positioning guidance to advance both social protection and graduation within CRS. The consultancy will deliver two linked workstreams (1) social protection portfolio mapping and analysis, and (2) social protection strategy and positioning for resources to generate evidence and facilitate alignment that informs an integrated, agency- wide direction. The consultant will review and refine existing materials, deploy a structured mapping tool, conduct targeted key informant interviews in collaboration with CRS staff, and facilitate a virtual strategy workshop to align leadership and technical stakeholders.
