Sochacki Park Water Quality Improvements

Description: Three Rivers Park District seeks a contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and expertise for water quality improvements at Sochacki Park. Work includes clearing, channel and pond excavation, construction of two stormwater ponds, expansion of an existing pond, installation of filtration and piping systems, and management and disposal of contaminated soils and asbestos-containing materials. The project also includes native seeding, plantings, and three years of vegetation establishment, and all personnel working on site must have completed HAZWOPER training.
