Snow Removal and Ice Control- Perpich Center
.\*\*\*THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract to Responder who shall provide Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for the Perpich Center for Arts Education on an as needed basis. All services provided by responders must meet the defined within Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties and Scope of Work and further illustrated under Exhibit E: Facility Maps under the Sample Contract and Exhibits. The following are the current timeline for starting service: Perpich Center for Arts Education 6125 Olson Memorial Hwy, Golden Valley, MN 55422 Service start date: November 19, 2026 CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $50,000 to $60,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 19, 2026 through November 18, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional four (4) years in increments determined by the State. VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place on October 27, 2026 from 1:00 PM CT-1:30 PM CT. Responders are strongly encouraged to attend.
