Snow & Ice Removal Services - Traverse City CSC
The State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources is seeking proposals for snow and ice removal at the Traverse City Customer Service Center at 2122 South M-37, Traverse City, Michigan, under a contract running from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029, with up to two one-year extensions. Services include automatic removal for snowfall of three inches or more before 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, on-call response within two hours, sidewalk and entrance clearing, deicing, and service reporting. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. Eastern on September 18, 2026, and vendors must comply with applicable laws and provide the required insurance.
