Description: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Procurement Division intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement call with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the aircraft parts listed in Attachment 1. The notice states that the parts are available from only one source under FAR 12.102(a), dissolves the small-business set-aside, and identifies the requirement as unrestricted. No solicitation package will be issued, but responsible sources may submit quotations; delivery is requested within 200 days after receipt of order and early shipments are encouraged.
