Six Core Strategies RFP

Description: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with the American Association of Children’s Residential Centers (ACRC) to implement the Six Core Strategies, an evidence-based, trauma-informed model intended to reduce restraint and seclusion in child-serving settings. The work includes technical assistance, coaching, training, quality-improvement collaborative sessions, webinars, and participation in an aftercare workgroup. The notice invites vendors who can demonstrate an equivalent service to submit a written response; questions are due October 1, 2026, and alternative proposals are due October 6, 2026.
