Site Work and New Auxiliary Storage Structure at the Bergen County LPSI Campus - 281 Campgaw Rd., Mahwah

Description: The site work for this project generally consists of site development improvements associated with the proposed Auxiliary Vehicle Storage Building. The work includes mobilization, site clearing and preparation, soil erosion and sediment control measures, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, handling and disposal of impacted soils, placement and compaction of structural fill, aggregate base construction, asphalt paving, trench pavement repair, pavement markings, concrete pads, bollards, and final site restoration. The work also includes installation and/or modification of site utility improvements, including storm drainage piping, roof leader collection piping, storm drainage inlets and cleanouts, connection to existing storm drainage structures, water service connection, underground electrical service conduit, utility test pits, adjustment of existing utility structures, and sanitary sewer verification, cleaning, and manhole adjustment. Building Construction (Pole Barn Construction); Primary Work of this Project is described is the construction of a Wood Post Frame Structure with wood trusses, a poured in place reinforced concrete floor slab and poured in place reinforced concrete footings. The structure shall be a wood post frame structure achieving weathertight enclosure clad with metal roofing and siding. Work also includes site work, rough carpentry, insulation, electric, plumbing and minor HVAC work.
