Description: The City of Riverside seeks a qualified “A” General Engineering contractor to design-build, construct, test, commission, and train staff on a PFAS-removal upgrade at the Palmyrita Water Treatment Plant. The work includes ion-exchange pressure vessels, pre-filters, booster pumps, concrete structures, piping, electrical and instrumentation upgrades, a standby generator, site improvements, commissioning, training, and O&M documentation.
