Description: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary labor, material, equipment, incidentals, project management, supervision, quality control, transportation, insurances, taxes, coordination of tasks, and safety services under the IDIQ Contract. Task Orders issued under this contract will have a major components related to MEP/HVAC, however, may not be limited to MEP/HVAC. Initial Task Order to be performed is TBD. Possible tasks orders may be for air handling and load modifications (issued as phases, i.e., Phase 1, Phase 2, etc. would each be a separate task order); recording studio ventilation; and building heating replacement.
