Description: The selected consultant will lead a three-phase effort to analyze existing short-term rental activity, conduct a comprehensive community and stakeholder engagement process with no fewer than ten meetings, research regulatory tools from comparable jurisdictions, and draft policy options alongside proposed code or licensing regulations for consideration by county decision-makers.
