Short-Term Executive Physician Housing Duplex RFP

Description: Construction of a residential duplex intended for temporary executive physician housing. The conceptual design provides for two separate residential units, with each unit generally consisting of two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, living area, kitchen/dining area, laundry and mechanical areas, foyer, patio, and garage parking, together with associated site preparation, utilities, driveway, drainage, landscaping, and other improvements necessary for a complete project.
