Description: The contractor shall conduct pre-construction asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint survey and testing on all materials affected by the work. Remove and replace with new 120 existing lead glazed bathtubs. Provide new steel glazed bathtubs that are free of lead and secure them against walls. Upon completion of work, the contractor shall provide certification showing area to be clear of any asbestos containing materials or lead based paint.
