Sherman Plaza Parking Garage Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Replacement - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new, state-of-the-art system that meets or exceeds current NFPA, state, and local codes. This includes the replacement of the fire alarm control panel (FACP) and all input and notification devices. Input and notification devices include the following but is not limited to smoke detectors, pull stations, primary/alternate elevator recall, heat detectors, duct detectors, fire hats, speaker/strobes, elevator shunt trips, door holders, fire fighter's phones, and annunciators. The contract term desired is for a period of six (6) months. See attached file.
