SharePoint Design and Content Management with Purview RFP

Description: The City of Merritt invites proposals from qualified proponents to design and implement a modern Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution using Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview. The work includes redesign of the City's existing intranet in SharePoint Online, design of information architecture and metadata aligned with the LGMA records classification system, implementation of retention labels and policies in Microsoft Purview, and training for Records Management and IT teams. The project aims to improve collaboration, strengthen records and information management practices, streamline access to content, and create a modern digital workspace for staff.
